Follows the protocols of Cynthia Price, PhD, LMT. You learn to soften tension, release pain, and develop mindful body awareness. Using breathwork, and focus on the sensation of the bodywork, you are able to locate emotions in the body, and move into a state of non-judgemental awareness that changes your experience. Useful for recovery from trauma, brain injury, chronic pain, and life experiences that result in emotional suffering.

This is usually an 8 week series, once a week. It can be extended as necessary. It is a skills-based protocol that brings a sense of empowerment to change your experience of your body and life, using your own awareness of sensation and emotion and the breath.
